Typha latifolia
Cattails are one of the most universally recognizable pond plants. They signal the presence of water and add natural character to any pond setting. These are the largest and tallest of the cattail varieties offered by Lilypons. Cut off catkins before they fall apart to avoid unwanted cattail seedlings in other plant containers in the pond. Note: Do not cut, or submerge cattail foliage below the waterline to overwinter.
