Delivery rates apply per shipment to a single address within the 48 US states, exception: Actual shipping charges apply to the following States: AZ, CA, CO, IA,ID, KS, LA, MO,MN, MT, NE,ND,NM,NV, OK, OR, SD, TX,UT, WA, WI & WY. Oversized items may have a delivery fee that is in addition to the standard delivery fee. Oversized delivery fees are exempt from free shipping promotions. Liners from size 20 x 25 and larger ship via freight. Freight company will call you to arrange delivery. You will need at least 2 or more people on-site to unload.
We ship via FedEx.
Non-Perishable
In-stock, non-oversized non-perishable items take 2-7 days for delivery. If you are also ordering perishable items, your order will be shipped in one shipment on the latest date appropriate for perishable items ordered.
Perishable
We will automatically schedule the shipment of your perishable items based on the schedule below. If your order contains perishable items with different ship dates, we will ship your entire order based on the latest date. Fish and Scavengers are available for pick up in the store only. Some plants are restricted from shipment to certain states.
All plants are shipped bareroot only. Potted option is available for customer pre-order pick up or in-store shopping only. If you would like to pick up bareroot plants at the store, they must be pre-ordered.
CA, MT, OR, WA, WY, & UT prohibit the shipment of perishable items. Some plants may be prohibited from being shipped to individual states. In the event you accidently choose a plant that may not be shipped to you, your order will not be able to process until such items are removed from your cart.

Returns
Lilypons Water Gardens guarantees satisfaction. If you are not satisfied at anytime within 10 days of your purchase, you may exchange, receive store credit or full refund of the purchase price, your choice. From day 11 to one year of purchase, exchanges or store credit only. Manufacturer guarantees offered over one year are between you the customer and the vendor.
Exceptions: Fish and scavenger guarantee is limited to live arrival. Tropical plants are not guaranteed to survive the winter. Pond cleaning services and installation are subject to your approval upon completion. UV bulbs are limited to a 90 day guarantee against manufacturers defect. Other merchandise may be prorated.
