Fourth of July is coming...add some tropical plants and fish to celebrate:)

Visit us this week to add some sparkle to your pond!!!  We have a great selection of 8 to 10 inch koi, regularly $100 each, fourth of July special, Buy one, get one free!!!  Nice selection of tropical day blooming and night blooming waterlilies, as well as a variety of tropical bog plants.  Tropical waterlilies do need a greenhouse to winter over and tropical bog plants may be moved inside to a sunny room, keep in moist soil, returning to your pond in June.

Promote waterlily blooms by fertilizing monthly with two tabs, place in pond with 6 to 12 inches of water over the container, provide full sun( 6 to 7 hours direct sun) or at least 3 hours direct sun for those that tolerate partial sun, and still water.  If you can see rippling on the surface, that is too much turbulence.  Waterlilies like still water. Also, if you have large koi, use larger river stones instead of pea gravel to discourage them from attempting to unplant your lilies.
